FalconEyeGPS is designed for business fleet operations. Security practices focus on protecting account access, transport encryption, and separation of customer data on our infrastructure.

Authentication and access control

Password-based sign-in with secure password storage
Role-based access in the web panel (admin, client, and end-user scopes as configured)
Session management and ability to sign out from mobile devices
API access via token-based authentication for mobile apps

Encryption and transport

HTTPS (TLS) for website, web panel, and API traffic
Encrypted connections between your browser or app and our servers

Infrastructure and operations

Hosted on secured servers with restricted administrative access
Regular software updates and monitoring for availability
Backups to support recovery from hardware or software failures

Your responsibilities

Use strong, unique passwords and limit shared logins
Remove access for staff who no longer need it
Report suspected unauthorized access promptly
